You can exchange or return our products within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of purchase, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”. Returns are accepted if the packaging and product integrity are preserved. Items that have been used, have lost their original appearance, or consumer properties are not subject to exchange or return.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY IS POSSIBLE IF:

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”:

The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased, in the following cases:

• If the product does not satisfy the buyer in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.
• If the product, for any reason, did not suit the buyer but has not been used. Its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the receipt issued to the consumer along with the product are preserved.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY

According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the buyer has the right to a free return or exchange of goods with defects within the period established by law.

If defects are found when receiving the goods at the post office or in the presence of a courier during inspection, you can return or exchange the product. In this case, delivery costs are covered by us. The return must be made in the original packaging, with preserved labels, the purchase receipt, and the delivery document.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS IS NOT POSSIBLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• If the product has been used, contains defects, or was returned incomplete.
• If the product was purchased online and paid for via cash on delivery, but the payment receipt was not retained.
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

If an identical product is unavailable at the time of exchange, the buyer may:

• Choose another product from available stock with a price adjustment.
• Receive a refund equal to the value of the returned product.
• Exchange for an identical product once it becomes available.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer according to the “Nova Poshta” tariffs. Please note that our managers do not accept returns sent as “cash on delivery” or at the recipient’s expense. We also do not accept returns or exchanges if the original packaging is missing.

REFUNDS

When returning an item, the amount paid on the day of purchase will be refunded. Refunds are processed within 7-14 days from the actual receipt of the product and confirmation that there are no defects or other warranty violations on the buyer’s part. Refunds are issued minus shipping and money transfer costs.

Please note that items are your responsibility during transit. We recommend keeping receipts issued by the postal or courier service and using insurance services for the goods.
